This year is the 30th anniversary of Starplexcinemas at the Woodbrdige 5 Theaters! If you live in Irvine, Orange County, surely you’ve been to this cinema and if you haven’t, it’s time you go! 
This theater offers the “old school” feel from decades ago and is one of a kind! Everything is brown and gold, and it brings back so many great memories of when I was a child….even has the old arcade games for that added touch. When this theater opened (30 years ago), the average price of a movie was $2.69, and now 30 years later, they still offer $2.00 movies at “full price”. On Tuesdays the price of a movie is $1.00 (no this isn’t a typo), and the matinee show is $1.50.
Sure, there are bigger more advanced theaters like Edwards or AMC offering IMAX, however Starplex always offers a cozy and comfortable movie experience, showing movies that are a month or two old just before they hit DVD.
