One of our resolutions for this New Year 2010 is to tell people we love, admire, or are very special to us, how much we care for them.  You and Tania are two of those people that we want to thank for being such good people to us. You helped us find the house where we are living now and we always felt that your interest was not only to do business, your interest was to help us find the right place.  

You became so close to us that we invited you to come to our house after we moved in, to celebrate that we had found the right place for us together and it was very touching to look at you excited about how the house turned out after we put everything in place.  Since then, Juan Carlos and I wanted to make a tradition to meet you at home at least once a year because it is a pleasure to share with you.  

We really feel we can count on you if we need help or wise advice. We are happy to have met not only two realtors, but two friends.
