Selling your Irvine home? What are you most interested in?

Over the years I have worked with many home sellers in Irvine, Orange County and regardless of the specific seller situation, location of home, and so much more, I have found that sellers are always most concerned with 5 issues that affect them!

1. What will I do (as their realtor) to maximize the exposure to the highest number of qualified buyers and theIrvine Home For Sale agents who control the buyers?

2. How much will my home sell for (in today’s market)?

3. How long will this process take to sell my home?

4. How much do you charge OR what is my overall net from the sale of my home?

5. Finally, why should they choose me as the right agent to represent them in the sale/marketing of their home?

Anytime I visit with a seller, I know that I will be faced with these questions and am always prepared to guide them through the process and let them know the “detailed” answers to each of these questions.
