If you are looking to sell your home, check out below to see what we guarantee to you as a seller when you choose to work with the Mack Team.  Most agents will just put your home in the MLS and place a sign in front of your home without a plan.  Check out what we guarantee to you as our client and if you have any other questions, do not hesitate to contact us.  This plan is a general outline of a step by step plan in helping you achieve your real estate goals.  Each plan may be altered and adjusted to fit your specific needs.

  1. Analyzing the recent and current market activity and comparing it to active, sold, cancelled, and expired listings to ensure the listed price is competitive and at market value.
  2. Create a color brochure of your property complete with detail and pictures for prospective buyers and other agents/affiliates.
  3. Personally walk the neighborhood and pass flyers out to the neighbors and let them know about the recent availability in their neighborhood and ask for their help.
  4. Hold open houses, making property available to those prospective buyers not working with an agent but actively looking.
  5. Negotiating the highest price with prospective buyer agents. 
  6. Handling all necessary agreements throughout the escrow process.
  7. Handling all negotiations with your lender (if applicable).
  8. Providing several affiliate companies for you to choose from to complete the sale of your house, i.e. escrow, title, home inspection, etc.
  9. Give you a weekly report on the progress and activity of your home, and making sure the listing is up to date all the time.  Provide you with agent and buyer feedback.
  10. Create a virtual tour to attach to the listing and internet so prospective buyers and on lookers will have a better idea of what the property looks like.
  11. Post listing on the MLS, complete with detailed information and pictures.
  12. Link the MLS listing to the Century 21 website, visual tour website, showcase listing, real estate classifieds, Trulia real estate search,,,, and other forums online.  Maximize the exposure of the house.
  13. Using social media to increase exposure.  i.e. facebook, twitter.
  14. Contact all my sphere of influence and business relationships and send them a flyer of the new listing.
  15. Representing you as the seller, I offer nothing less than 100%.   Making myself available as much as possible, great communication, loyalty, honesty, and non stop hard work until your home is sold. 
  16. Getting you the price you want in the time you want it.
  17. Provide seller testimonials upon request.
