Good idea – Learn about the market before you become part of it!

Buying and Selling for maximum benefit requires an informed, cool-head on BOTH sides of the transaction.

For Sellers, pricing and understanding market competition is the thing that has the most affect on how quickly and effectively you sell your home. For Buyers, having realistic expectations about what you will have to pay means that you will know a good value as soon as you see one – not long after it has gotten away.

I like the video presentation, too. It is almost like being there!

thanks Bob for the great feedback! You know I was getting this question so much from clients, friends, and family, that I just decided to make one video a week and email it to all of them! It’s worked out great.

everyone loves statistics:)
