Very nice! I like the video AND the information it provides. Tghis is a good way to make a personal connection that blogging has a hard time doing.

Is your market coming out of its doldrums? Here in northern California, we are seeing more signs of life every day – and it is refreshing to see new home buyers coming in to the market who were “shut out” only a few years back. And they actually have jobs and a down payment!

Hi Bob,
We’re definately seeing more signs of stability right now. Inventory has been quite consistant however I’m expecting to see more homes pop up on the market in the coming months. Overall, home prices in my area aren’t making any huge adjustments up or down, so I’m excited to see how the summer inventory will affect us. I’m not sure if you have noticed a change in the short sale process, however I have personally noticed that banks have been moving much quicker which will ultimately help us remove stale listings from the market sooner!
