Irvine Real Estate link, CA – After close of escrow

On this article, I am confident many Irvine real estate professionals not only will agree with me but actually practice it themselves, save a few.

Upon successful escrow closure we don’t forget our client who’d just spent over half a million on a property. It is simply not done. The client has just put milk and honey on your table. How can you forget it?

To The Mack Team of Century21 Professionals in Irvine, close of escrow means the beginning of a new relationship. My wife and I, as partners in this business, allow the new owners to settle in a bit by moving their household items into their new abode. While this may take two weeks to a month or so we make at least two phone calls to ensure that they are happy and contented with their new purchase and that if they have any questions or concerns. As they are completely settled, The Mack Team, with the consent of the new owners, offers to throw a housewarming party—at the Team’s expense, of course. Many friends and family members would be invited.

This friendly and courteous gesture has many positive impacts on the Irvine real estate professional. First and foremost we stand a great chance of receiving referrals or future business with the same folks. Second, by mingling with guests and passing out our business cards exposes us to possibly new prospects. In the past by spending a few hundred dollars for such events we have received thousands in return through new prospects by referrals.

Small and seemingly unimportant gestures such as placing the house and other keys on a new key chain, providing homeowners association documents in a neatly organized folder along with pertinent and important telephone numbers; have taken us further in our endeavors to better serve our clients and at the same time our own self-esteem, as a result of generous complements. One will be surprised how much effect little things like this may have on your business.

Views, comments, responses and constructive criticisms are welcome.

Make it a great day.
