Home prices in Irvine, Orange County are becoming more and more affordable! In January of 2009, a total of 5 homes sold under $300,000. In that same month the most affordable home that sold was a 1 bed/ 1 bath home for $245,000.
Just 4 months later, the number of homes sold under $300,000 has almost doubled. In May of 2009, a total of 9 homes sold at prices at or below $300,000. In addition, the most affordable home that sold in the month of May was a 1 bed/ 1 bath home at $143,000!
