If you had an unlimited source of funds or you were building a custom designed home, then finding or building your “ideal” dream home is definitely a possibility, but for the average home buyer in the Irvine Orange County area, finding exactly what they are looking for is not very likely.  Most buyers believe that buying a home is a process of selection.  They decide what they want and where they want it, with all the little details vividly in their mind, and in many cases get frustrated or let down because what they envision is just not out there.  So what is the solution?  Determine what you need at a minimum level and find homes that meet that criteria and look through them and eliminate the ones you know won’t work out.  Check out this short video and learn why buying a home is not a process of selection, rather a process of elimination.

Robert, Thank You so much for helping us find the right home! We were so nervous at the beginning of this all because buying a home is a big investment. We felt so comfortable with you throughout the entire purchase of our home. You are very knowledgeable in the whole process. A year ago I didn’t think it was possible for me to become a homeowner. But one day I was talking with a friend who went through Rob who helped her and her husband purchase a home and suggested to give him a call. I called Rob gave him all my information; he was honest and upfront on what I needed to do in order to make my dream come true. It was a year process and at times I would be frustrated and wanted to give up but Rob stuck by me and encouraged me to be patient, and it would happen. Once we got all the paperwork done it was time to look at homes. I gave Rob what we wanted and he gave us listings of homes that had what we were looking for. He was very excited and very patient with us. He held our hands through the whole process. We are now in our home thanks to Rob; we appreciate everything he has done to complete our Dream!!
