From day one of its inception, The Mack Team has promised itself to fully and wholly dedicate its time to prospective clients of Irvine real estate in all their endeavors in home searching and their eventual acquisition. We are in it for the commission, it is quite obvious, and it would be a gross misrepresentation of our position if we announce the question of commission as secondary, however the welfare of our clients and protection of their interests is our number one priority. With those interests comes a forging of new relationships, respect, and dedication of one hundred percent of our efforts toward their eventual goal. What good is the question of commission when we lack the ability to build such strong bonds between us and our clients from the beginning?
We are a husband-and-wife team. Her clients are mine and mine are hers. We make certain that our clients are aware of it too. Two agents working for one client; double the effort—they love it. Another thing they love is my wife’s Australian accent, which often becomes a point of conversation, a perfect ice-breaker.
My wife was a beautician and had her own private business. I have a computer science degree and was working in a payroll department of a company. One thing led to another and we became The Mack Team. Our broker is Century 21 on Barranca Avenue, in Irvine, California.
We love this business so much that we vowed to stick to it as long as we are able and healthy. We thrive on unrestricted hours. We can come and go anytime we want to. We are not cooped up in an office for eight hours a day. We work nights, evenings, weekends and holidays. Any hour of the day could be a work hour and any hour of the day could be a time for relaxation. We take relaxation very seriously. It clears our minds and lets us utilize our ability in more positive and productive settings. With this kind of flexibility, we think, we are able to give the best to our prospective clients.
We live in Northpark Square, Irvine, the community that we serve most. We find the community swimming pool quite refreshing where we relax several times a week. As time permits, we do visit Australia once in a while for a week or so, returning all recharged and ready to work. We attend real estate related seminars once or twice a year where we update/upgrade our knowledge of the market where it can be most useful to our clients.
