Agents who are aware of the timing of getting everything done – from the signing of the contract, the submission of the loan application, the appraisal, the physical inspection and subsequent negotiation, and most importantly the removal of all contingencies – will be far more likely to make sure that everything is done in a timely matter and that the escrow actually closes on schedule.

To make sure the sale of your home is handled professionally – hire a trained professional. In the long run, you will wind up with more money in your pocket and have fewer challenges with the move.
