At what price are homes in Irvine selling the fastest? Obviously the lower priced homes are the most affordable to not only the first time home buyer, but also the investor who is looking to take advantage of the great low prices and add to his/her real estate portfolio. In Irvine, Orange County, for the month of April 2009, a total of 131 total homes sold. Over half of those homes (72 homes) were sold at or below $600,000. 40% (53 homes) of the homes that sold were within $600,000 and $1.5 million, and the remaining 5% (6 homes) of homes that sold were above $1.5 million.
Nearly 55% of all homes sold in Irvine are below $600,000!
