Great point Rob!

I’ve always recommended that a home buyer should get an agent to represent them during the buying process and after. However, I’ve never specifically mentioned that they shouldn’t use the seller’s agent, and should have – there’s no way an agent can represent both sides equally.

Hey Jayson, thx for your feedback! It happens so much in the area that I specialize in and I think it is important that buyers know what they are getting into before they commit! Most still think that if they work with the sellers agent, they will get a better deal, and that is so far off from the truth. Like you said, it is impossible to give equal service to both parties that are both trying to get the “best deal”.
