7.             Delegation of Services – Throughout the entire process several reports and inspections are ordered and conducted to ensure your investment is protected and to eliminate any future surprises.  We will present several options in each category for you to choose from.  In addition we will arrange for these reports to be completed in a timely manner to ensure a smooth closing of escrow.
